DELL is seeking a talented strategy lead with entrepreneurship spirit learn it all vs. know it all attitude to support a new Enterprise Edge initiative. If you are passionate about how edge is revolutionizing the future infrastructure and enable the next wave of ultra-low latency Internet applications this is the role for you. As a strategy lead you will help shape the direction of our edge strategy using facts and in-depth research. You will work closely with other functions and executives to drive alignment.

What you’ll achieve
As a Financial Analyst & Strategy you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization’s strengths finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.

You will:

  • Evaluate the current Dell Edge Strategy and establish a point of view on how we can monetize our products platforms and solutions

  • Review market potential and come up with a business plan to tackle targeted areas

  • Create clarity by combining business judgment with technical understanding to structure the problem and provide a data-driven view. Create frameworks and strategic approaches to tackle complex problems.

  • Gather research and analyze data to drive diagnostic rigor in developing actionable solutions and making decisions.

  • Build consensus and effectively influence mid-level and senior-level stakeholders

  • Define strategic frameworks to inform critical product and roadmap decisions

  • Work on executive content to communicate our vision and strategy

  • Set up a cadence for strategic review of priorities

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in management consulting financial analysis business planning and/or equivalent experience pre-MBA (e.g. M&A business optimization scaling a business driving change in a large company)

  • Top-tier undergraduate & MBA credentials preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and presence to engage with senior executives

  • Strong business modeling and analytical skills to develop insights into complex business issues

  • Proficient project management skills to successfully accomplish deliverables

  • 60 / 40 Analytical / Strategy

Desirable Requirements

  • Clear track record of outstanding performance with increasing levels of responsibility

  • Interest & work experience for IT/Tech industry preferred

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Able to drive change and quickly adapt to new environment

  • Collaborative team work
