Children’s Wisconsin is currently seeking a part time HR Service Center Representative working primarily remotely. This position will provide cross-functional HR services to workforce by playing a pivotal role in supporting the HR functions in their resolution of worker inquiries and requests. This role is the first line of contact with employees and leaders to solve their cases and ensure a seamless employee experience in solving escalating or transferring the requests.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required with 1 year relevant experience
- Understanding of the HR function and employee requests benefits and HR lifecycle
- Ability to organize and prioritize activities
- Requires social sensitivity and confidentiality to employee’s personal information and situations
- Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner
