Job Responsibilities : Sales Support Coordinator – Work From Home

Salary : $17 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Multi-State Support – Idaho and Hawaii
  • Filing of all events. Including, but not limited to: retail, formal meetings, informal meetings, Resource Center, Open Houses and Walk-In locations
    • Management/updating of the event spreadsheets will be completed by the local Market Sales Manager
  • Orders
    • Collateral
    • Marketing Supplies
    • Office Supplies
    • Lunch for office meetings or events
  • Organizing venue locations for rollout meetings, etc.
  • MLR and local mailers
  • Print Jobs
  • Mira Training and Assistance
    • Management will be completed by Market Sales Manager
  • Market reports. Including, but not limited to: Ready to sell, lead reports, sales reports and ad hoc reports
  • Managing blitz lists
    • Call blitz should be run by Market Sales Manager unless help is needed
  • Management of SPS and FMA process
    • Requests will come from the Market Sales Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word (creating and editing) and Microsoft Excel (using formulas and pivot tables)
  • State Life and Health Insurance license is preferred at time of hire or with the ability to obtain the license within six months
  • Any experience working with Medicare
  • Must reside in Idaho and be within a commutable distance of our Boise office
