We are looking for a Bilingual Phone Receptionist (Spanish / English)

100% Remote

Main responsabilities

• Great Phone Etiquette — manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner

• Be a Problem Solver— identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions

• Coachable — open to following phone scripts when handling rejections

What we are looking for?

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Available from 11am (EST) at 7pm (EST)

• Knowledge of other languages is a nice to have

• Experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience

• Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes

• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
