Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers on behalf of SiriusXM Satellite Radio.
  • Upgrade or resubscribe their services utilizing state of the art technology and client relationship management systems
  • Deliver sales (number of contacts number of leads/conversions/sales etc) results that meet client performance objectives.
  • Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour sales per hour accuracy) that meet client performance objectives.
  • Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships build support for client products and services and overcome prospect objections.
  • Adhere to operational processes PCI compliance client standards and program standards.

Requirements:

  • Must be an Tennessee Resident
  • Must complete a video interview. Link will be emailed if selected
  • Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
  • Sales Call Center Upselling Retail Sales or Customer Service Experience highly preferred
  • Professional vocabulary
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Assertive quick thinking
  • Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
  • Prior work from home call center experience is a plus!
  • Good computer skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Must provide your own Computer
  • Internet Connection – Direct wired connection: Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10mbps upload of DSL Fiber Optic or Cable (no dial-up satellite and mobile broadband connections)
  • Windows 10 Desktop or laptop current on all security updates
