Job Information
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe voice recorded messages to written text
- Create and maintain accurate records
- Handle time-sensitive materials
- Protect and maintain confidentiality of information
- Other projects as assigned during transcription down time

- Organizational and time management skills
- High-level of accuracy and sharp attention to detail
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain organizational and literacy skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage a heavy workload, competing priorities, and tight deadlines
- Fast and accurate typing speed is a must
- Strong command over language (both formal and colloquial), grammar, and punctuation are needed
Additional Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma required
Experience:
- Previous experience with transcription
- English fluency (must listen, speak, read, and write fluently)
- Excellent email communication
