Since our headquarters are in Englewood, CO, our preference is to find someone local. You’ll experience the opportunity to work from home initially, but you’ll be a part of a strong and diverse team

Why You? What you bring:

5-7+ years’ experience of full life cycle recruiting, preferably with a combination of agency and corporate experience including 2+ years’ experience working on complex, high level searches targeting Director level and above
5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
Excellent independent sourcing skills with experience and curiosity about the latest recruiting technologies and platforms, above and beyond job boards and LinkedIn
