Role & Responsibilities:

• Work remotely
• Collaboration & communication with assigned Supervising/Collaborating Physician(s)
• Monthly virtual meetings with Supervising Physician(s)
• Types of telehealth visits (synchronous & asynchronous)
  • Acute care
  • General medical consultations
  • Medication refills
  • Genomic medical necessity/eligibility consultations

Qualifications & Commitment:

• Available 30-40 hours per week; Monday- Friday 9:30 am -5:30 pm preferred
• Minimum of one year practicing as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
• Valid National Provider Identifier # (NPI)
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam in a private, quiet environment & a cell phone
