Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working with young children (parenting included!)
• Ready to lead a daycare, and work hands-on with children every day
• Warm, patient, and nurturing
• Passionate about helping children grow and learn

Bonus Qualifications:

• Worked in a Family Child Care, daycare center, or preschool
• Familiar with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Waldorf philosophies
• Ability to create your own curriculum
• Medical background (Nurse, CNA, Medical Assistant, etc.)
• Experience working with children or adults with special needs.
