We’re looking for a
Call Center Supervisor who is excited to work from home (100% remote) and join a startup based in New York City.

What does a work-from-home Call Center Manager really do?
You’re great on the phone and you’re confident you can always find a way to connect with anyone you talk with
especially employees you’ll be coaching. You’ll focus your energy on coaching and developing a team of callers who are actively recruiting healthcare providers to a new health program.

We’re looking for top-notch people with coachable attitudes so this isn’t for everyone.
This is a full-time role paying $20 per hour starting immediately.

As a Call Center Manager you will be responsible for:

    • Great Coaching — you’ll retain top talent through servant leadership mentality and continuous coaching a team of callers maintaining high performance and motivation of staff
    • KPI Mindset — collect and analyze call-center statistics like efficiency effectiveness and the root cause while being able to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement to management
    • Tech Savvy — capable of training a team on managing the tech and process tools used on the job like customer relationship management systems (CRM)
    • Healthcare Interest — become an expert on emerging healthcare programs and excited to train and grow a team excited to speak with providers about the future of healthcare
    • Coachable — as a coach you’ll also bring a coachable mindset when working with management to develop and implement the call center vision

What are the requirements:

    • Supervisory experience or team lead experience in a call center focused on outbound calling inside sales experience or related sales calling experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to call connect and interact with customers and employees
    • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with healthcare professionals and doctors
    • People-centric highly service-oriented a champion for change and self-motivated with the ability to work well with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associate’s degree in business or related field
    • Healthcare industry sales experience
    • Training of company-sponsored sources in employee supervision sales or revenue generation and credit collections.
