Job Responsibilities : Solutions Executive

Salary : $75,000 – $90,000 a year

Job Summary:
The Solutions Executive is responsible for providing Governance, Risk & Compliance skilled consultants and solutions to the largest Banks and Fortune 500 companies in North America.

Business Development Responsibilities:
  • Identify and own a client portfolio of current and target accounts leveraging internal and external resources
  • Plan & execute an effective lead generation/outbound sales outreach program using traditional and social media modes of contact
  • Conduct in person and virtual meetings with key Executives and decision makers within the Governance, Risk & Compliance functions
  • Take a consultative approach to aligning Aston Carter’s talent and managed solutions to business needs, opportunities and challenges within client organizations
  • Learn & leverage Governance Risk Compliance subject matter, market & client metrics and current state of client relationships
  • Discuss client needs such as regulatory and compliance change, new business build outs, business automation, and digital transformation
  • Partner with the fulfillment teams to communicate requirements and qualifications for solutions

Leadership and Management Responsibilities:

Executes supervisory and management in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.

Qualifications:
This sales role requires proven ability to take ownership of tasks and aggressively drive towards concrete results, professional curiosity on industry trends and an entrepreneurial self-starter drive to build your business.
  • Networking skills including through social media channels
  • High level of proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel & Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in Banking or Consulting Services
