RESPONDS TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES IN THE CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER. ACTIVELY EVALUATES CUSTOMERS NEEDS BY LISTENING, PROVIDING SOLUTIONS AND MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND EXCHANGE BRAND LOYALTY.
