Career Description/Summary:

As a part of the Customer Care Team you represent one of our leading automotive clients. The Bilingual Customer Care Ambassador will provide dealers and other internal departments with parts catalog assistance. These advisors also notify CCA Engineering of corrections to the parts catalog alert dealers when catalog changes are in process and handle international part inquiries. These advisors need to be bilingual (English and Canadian French) and will support our French-Canadian Dealerships. You will also provide first line support while encouraging dealer self-service through the use of online systems designed specifically to facilitate individual case management.

Responsibilities:

Provides order status and tracking pricing availability invoice re-queue and other dealer assistance functions supporting Dealer Parts Departments assembly plants internal departments Allied accounts Fleet accounts some international accounts and other contact center business units.

Provide operational support to Customer Care and Aftersales.

Provide Dealers with prompt and accurate assistance regarding part and order inquiries.

Also educate Dealers on self-service functions within the Parts Workbench application

Provide assistance with parts catalogs

Automotive Catalogue experience would be an asset

Automotive knowledge is key

Candidate needs to be analytical and probe to get to what the dealer is actually asking

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:

Fluent in French and English (read write and speak)

We are looking for candidates with a High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)

Excellent customer service experience

Automotive catalogue experience woud be an asset

Automotive Knowledge is key

Clear Criminal Background check ( we complete )

Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
