Basic Qualifications:
- At least a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in financial services or at least 2 years experience in credit card services
