Job Description

In this seasonal Customer CARE Specialist role you will be the voice of Nordstrom Nordstrom Rack or Trunk Club fielding real-time calls from customers across the country during peak event periods. This is a remote work at home position. Some location restrictions apply.

A day in the life…

• Act as a brand ambassador for Nordstrom providing world-class service to all customers
• Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone contacts
• Provide customers with critical service and product information ensuring customer satisfaction
• Process orders and enter data into order entry system
• Track customer packages
• Other duties as assigned
