WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a researcher, you are passionate about the early phases of the candidate lifecycle with attention to strategy development and passive candidate pipelining and cultivation. You are able to successfully manage, prioritize and run creative searches to deliver results.

• Partner with FLC Recruiters to build effective passive candidate sourcing, engagement, and assessment approaches

• Build and maintain a network of top prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management

• Screen, interview and prepare candidates while anticipating hiring manager preferences

• Independently follow through on assignments with minimal direction; take action when answers to a problem are not readily apparent

WHAT YOU BRING

• Open to remote work, except cannot work in Colorado. Colorado candidates will be required to relocate.

– 5+ years of corporate and/or executive recruiting experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships

• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
• MS Office proficiency; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
