Role is responsible for product, sales process or operational changes in support of sales and field efforts. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Recommends changes to policies, establishes procedures and communicates to the field. Works on issues of diverse scope, analyzing current situation or data with multiple factors, including an understanding of current business trends. May have budget responsibilities. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team. Manages the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing. Position may have responsibility for multiple sub functions such as program execution, sales planning, performance reporting and sales compensation to include strategy and execution where appropriate.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • This position requires strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical programs to grow the largest prepaid reseller account in terms of subscribers and revenues, including accurate forecasting and sales planning, infrastructure development project management, and new business opportunity negotiations
  • Prioritize and lead projects, analyze and make decisions, and implement quality improvement processes
  • Develop and build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Identify and engage cross-functional team members and ensure objectives are set and executed to the degree of the organization’s standards
  • Lead cross-functional teams and share responsibility for business results associated with those strategies
  • Monitor and analyze implementation activities for lessons learned and future development
  • Communicate and present plans and status to executive levels on a regular basis through various mediums
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the video space, including competitive activity and trends


Required Qualifications:
  • Previous management success in leadership roles for achieving tactical goals is a major requirement
  • Extensive interaction and collaboration with client’s financial planning and carrier operations executives, to develop new sales initiatives and product offerings using knowledge of company products, services, and technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and lead projects
  • 3-5 years of sales operations, account management, project management, or technical experience
  • Strong analytical skills and effective decision making ability
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven financial management and assessment skills
  • Strong oral and written communications and presentations skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and work under critical timeframes

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years video experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 7 years of sales operations, account management, project management, or technical experience
