Divide months of qualifying specialized experience by 12. These two numbers must equal 100 percent when combined. NOTE: To qualify under this option you must submit transcripts to verify your education and include proof of your experience in the text of your resume.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
