Job Responsibilities : Tier 1 Customer Support – Tickets – Artists’ Showcase Platform

Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client’s product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon.
- Provide responses through Zendesk CRM, to address user issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding their accounts and functionality issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding their marketplace orders.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues based on client guidelines, policies and procedures.
