Job Responsibilities : Tier 1 Customer Support – Tickets – Artists’ Showcase Platform

Salary : $14per hour

Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client’s product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon.

Responsibilities:

Provide responses through Zendesk CRM, to address user issues.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding their accounts and functionality issues.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding their marketplace orders.
Resolve and/or escalate issues based on client guidelines, policies and procedures.
