As a Trainer, Tesla Energy Operations you will support our Service and Technical trainings. You will be involved with multiple programs including new hire training, new processes/product rollouts as well as continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, instructor-led, and virtual training sessions for groups of various sizes.
• Stay abreast of process and policy changes that effect Tesla energy employees and customers

• Maintain expert level knowledge of our products, installation and service best practices.

• Drive other projects as needed by executives or as business needs change.

• • Actively engages in creating a positive work environment by demonstrating accountability, confidence, and commitment in own and others’ actions and decisions
  • Be spokesperson for Energy Training in their assigned location and provide VIP assistance to and representation of Energy Training to any and all special guests and visitors
  • Ability to effectively plan and execute events, outings and organize shadowing for special guests and special events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years’ experience in the training field or related area
• Able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment, such as a start-up or transitional operation
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite and related presentation products is required
