You’ll utilize your range of knowledge to input orders, resolve order issues while maintaining open lines of positive communication with customers and offering additional products/services.
What’s required to get started?
- Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time, taking back-to-back calls
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward and professional manner
- Knowledge of general accounting, billing, and office procedures
- Knowledge of company policies and residential product information, packaging, pricing and current offers for all three lines of business (Cable, HIS, Telephone)
High School Diploma or GED
Customer service/Telephone Sales experience
Cable or related telecommunications/broadband industry experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to solve problems while working under pressure
