Blue Rose Consulting Group Inc is seeking IT recruiting assistance that can be performed remotely. Please review the salary before applying! This is not for someone that is not fully confident in their abilities to deliver, as the salary is very small, but the performance bonus on each hire is significant. This is a remote role.
The ideal candidate will have some general knowledge of information technology modalities and a flexible schedule to begin screening candidates within one business day of their submission. While the recruiter should have some basic knowledge of information technology, having the ability to research specific job qualifications and quickly understand if an applicant possesses the skills needed to perform the work is just as relevant.
In this role, you will receive position requisitions from our various clients. Sometimes you may need to edit the position description or supply additional information to create the job post. You will then post the job through our applicant tracking system (ATS) to various job boards. As the resumes come in, you will quickly review and eliminate unqualified candidates and schedule the remaining for an initial screening review with a senior manager. As you learn about our work environment, you will be conducting these initial screening calls. You will monitor each candidate through the process and maintain their data in the ATS. Once a candidate is hired, you will hand off the onboarding to the HR team.
On average, we have 3-6 open positions per month. However, at times we may have more.
