Job Responsibilities : IT Chat Support Specialist – Temp Position
Salary : $15 per hour

This is a remote position so access to a laptop and/or desktop computer, as well as reliable access to the internet, is required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have experience onboarding and managing student employees
- Must be comfortable communicating directly with customers
- Must be good at troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Must be good at documenting issues and solutions
- Must be able to document procedures and processes for the team to follow.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with a remote team via chat, email, etc.
