• Ensures paperwork and data entry is completed accurately and revenue is recorded appropriately.
• Verifies that all appropriate documentation is accurate and complete and supports the order recorded.
• Ensures patient order information on equipment, supplies and services is consistent with product, service and delivery status on work orders and service documents.
• Records and documents all errors noted and elevates to management for corrective action.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service/call center environment.
• Strong service orientation and customer service attitude.
• Computer knowledge.
• Ability to work within remote team with internet access.
• Candidates must live in Central or Eastern time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

• History of reporting and QA preferred.

Education

• High School Diploma required.
