Roles and Responsibilities:
Review and critique application documents and provide feedback to help students improve their applications.
Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their interview performance.
Help students prepare for the MCAT and OSCE.
Must demonstrate a genuine interest in our mission and take an active role to improve our impact as a company (i.e. This will not be just a side source of income or a “side job” to you – we find those who are genuinely interested in their work perform better and are happier in their positions).
Completed MD or DO training in the United States or Canada.
Medical resident/fellow in training with at least 2-3 years of residency and/or fellowship training remaining.
Traits of Successful Applicants:
Must be looking for a long-term role and not looking for a “stepping stone” short-term gig.
Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
Extremely humble and eager to learn.
