Job Responsibilities : Helpdesk Agent

You will be providing customer service and technical support, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory. This is a full time position located in Downers Grove.
- 5+ years’ experience in Helpdesk is required
- Bilingual in Spanish language is a plus
- SCCM certification is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Experience with Windows 7/10 and Active Directory
- Experience with DNS and DHCP
