Under close supervision Ensures application of systems thinking principles allowing team members to independently design code test and deploy software.
Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles methodologies tools and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities. Bachelor’s degree /or equivalent formal training certifications or work experience in coding.
Skills considered a PLUS:
- Willingness to learn Salesforce development
- Understanding of declarative programing
- Good communication skills
- Ability to liaison with non-programmers
- Knowledge of:
- Translating functional requirements into technical requirements
- Creating timelines and writing technical documentation
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application

- Web services SQL Salesforce Object Query Language
- Salesforce platform development

This position is remote or can be in Memphis Tennessee.
The candidate in this role will be on the Salesforce development team. The selected Candidate in this role will assist with integration of Salesforce with other systems. For example FedEx Trade Networks has integrations with web pages / forms the ingest sales leads that need to be transferred into Salesforce. That will require Java/API skills and a willingness to learn the appropriate Salesforce API’s.

- Salesforce Developer Certification(s)
- Safe or Agile
- API experience (Salesforce a plus)
