Your key responsibilities

This role will initially be remote, given the pandemic. Depending on interests and location, an option to join the team in-person working from a studio space in Portland, Philadelphia, or New York is available.

• Acts as the knowledge manager for the DesignOps team
• Monitors and tracks engagement processes through EY’s custom software
• Gains a strong knowledge of the engagements, EY’s structure, key personnel, and firm policies/procedures
• Builds individual relationships and elicits trust
• Collaborates on existing process initiatives with account team, business development, and resource management teams
• Maintains and potentially creates documentation for processes and projects
• Plays a supporting role on active engagements

To qualify for the role you must have

• Experience with online collaboration (whether it be in an educational or professional environment)
