About the Role

At DoorDash, our technical recruiters play an integral part in supporting our rapidly growing teams. Within this role, you will own and drive the strategy for hiring, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and execute on hiring for all candidates in the IT organization. You will report directly to our Sr. Recruiting Manager.

• Help scale the IT teams, focusing on a mixture of high-volume and niche-engineering roles at all levels.
• Draw upon your recruiting background to manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Be a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies and projects aimed at helping us to hire quality talent at scale.
• Partner with our Director of IT and other key business leaders to hire across multiple teams.
• Help influence hiring decisions at each point in the recruiting process
• Use data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies and iterate on interview processes.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a world-class candidate experience

We’re excited about you because…

• You have 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, including experience in-house and a focus on engineering or IT.
• You have an in-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification
• You have mastered successful pipeline management
• You have experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within leadership groups and cross-functional teams
• You like to build new processes and iterate to improve efficiency along the way
