The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to engage Swapcard’s customers and partners throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle. The right candidate must be passionate about creating highly engaging campaigns to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy. This role is best suited for a full-stack marketer with a proven ability to create B2B marketing strategies to improve product adoption, customer engagement, and retention.

What you’ll be doing

• • Create strategies for engaging customers to optimize onboarding, drive product adoption and fuel upsell opportunities.
  • Design and manage integrated customer campaigns to meet renewal and expansion objectives
  • Work closely with our customer success team and our account managers to better understand the correct touch-points and best ways to drive results from them.
  • Interview customers to create compelling customer stories and share their success
  • Collect, organize and share product-related best practices and success tips.
  • Partner with stakeholder teams to build strategic programs for retention and expansion
  • Put our customers in the center of our marketing activities and make empower them to tell their story of success thanks to Swapcard

Your profile

• • 3+ years of B2B customer marketing or related experience
  • 1 or more years of events, conferences, and community experience
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced marketing environments
  • A natural content creator and compelling storyteller
