Digital Account Manager Jobs | Medicaid Managed Care (USA)

Build a better world with us at Kinsa! We are looking for a product evangelist with population health & clinical operations experience in a managed Medicaid environment. This position will lead Kinsa customer engagements with our Medicaid managed care partners. In this role, you will own relationships, drive best-practice use of Kinsa products, and identify new opportunities by leveraging Kinsa’s insights that precede healthcare and public health data.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure customer success – responsible for identifying and driving value for Medicaid health plan clients by deploying Kinsa Insights and engaging users to translate Kinsa’s Insights for Community Health into clients’ ability to 1) enable illness outbreak reporting to health plan stakeholders, 2) inform population health & clinical operations programming and member interventions, and 3) improve health plan performance, and achievement on HEDIS and quality measures.
• You will be embedded in the daily use of the Kinsa Insights for Community Health
• You will be the Kinsa expert, helping clients make the best use of Kinsa Insights and reporting
• You will play a significant role in creating and sharing best practices across clients
• Elevate customer relationships into strategic partnerships – Manage and own relationships with Medicaid health plan partners resulting in sustained and increased affinity with health plan customers

About you/Core Skills:

• 4-6+ years’ experience in Medicaid managed care, with a focus on population health, clinical operations, quality improvement, or product/member engagement, including;
• Development, operationalization, or optimization of population health or clinical programs – and identification of levers to define program success
• Optimization of quality based clinical outcomes, population health metrics
• Support of health plan new business development activities and re-bids
