• Researching and providing information and reference to evidence-based literature to support disease management programs, accreditation, quality initiatives, and new program development
• Summarizing medical literature into practical content for use by clinical staff
• Collaborating with senior medical writer to update programs annually
• Ensuring clinical consistency across multiple programs and platforms
• Writing patient-facing materials

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of professional Healthcare related experience
• At least 1 year medical writing experience
• 1 or more years of with medical search engines (ex: Pub Med)

Preferred Qualifications

• Effective organization and planning skills
• Work effectively on a team as well as independently
• Self-motivated and able to follow-up as well as take initiative
• Able to adjust to competing/changing priorities

Education

• Bachelor’s of Science degree or advanced degree in life science required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
