You are naturally organized and a self-starter with a high passion for connecting with amazing people around the world. You are looking to work with a fast-growing, global company. We are looking for a Recruiter to help us identify the best talent from around the world. You will be partnering with upper management to help realize our vision and expand our team company wide

LOCATION
Remote, USA

YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE

• Executing robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent
• Identifying various recruitment sources and partnerships, including social media outlets and utilize them to solicit candidates for open positions; creating ads and media campaigns to encourage candidate engagement with the brand and targeted marked (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), social media community engagement management
• Developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with the talent marketplace
• Actively sourcing candidates leveraging social media channels and creative sourcing techniques to attract talent and develop candidate engagement

YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES

• 2+ years of progressive experience in high volume recruiting with a proven track record meeting quotas
• 1+ years’ experience in client services, account management, or customer service
• Recent experience with digital marketing software a plus
