The primary responsibility of this role is to educate and encourage our members to take advantage of the various programs available to them as part of their employee benefits and promote a healthier lifestyle and overall wellness.

Required Qualifications
Must have a high-speed internet connection in place by employment start date.
Two years Customer Service experience in a call center environment, both inbound and outbound.
Assisted members with explaining benefit information and answering questions
Experience in a call-based production environment and performance measured against metrics (Quality, Average Handle Time, scheduled queue time).
Demonstrate ability to handle multiple assignments, competently, accurately and efficiently.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with outbound call center work educating members on benefits available to them and getting them to enroll.

Experience working with a diabetic population understands managing diabetes from a personal experience
Demonstrates adaptability to change
