  • Resolve fallout related to porting of phone numbers from other carrier’s port rejections
  • Obtain Firm order commitment on orders with ports
  • Includes Toll Free Numbers
• National Provisioning System Fallout
  • Resolve provisioning fallout related to features of voice services
• Directory Assistance/Directory Listing Fallout
  • Resolution of DA/DL fallout
• Day of Install Box
  • Day of install support for techs on site to add/remove products, assist with codes etc.
• Ability to close 20 cases per day
  • Daily goal
• Perform order entry as required.
• Interface with customers to provide best in class support, explaining the situation in a way the customer understands, as well as set clear expectations on timetables and turnaround times.
