Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirement : High school diploma or GED
Minimum Experience required: Six months in a high volume contact center setting preferred, sales experience preferred, reliable transportation, phone skills, computer skills, basic Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Cisco Jabber (Internal) skills. Must be able to type more than 30 words per minute. Customer Service Skills (history of customer service exp) preferred, and must have a friendly and professional voice and tone.
