About the Inbound Chat Sales Representative – Asana:

MarketStar’s Asana Team is looking for Inbound Chat Sales Representatives to join us in our Ogden UT location. Positions are currently work-from-home with an anticipated partial return to office early 2022. This is a world-class brand in the team project and task management industry with apps and integration across the web and multiple operating systems. They are changing the way teams work and empowering them to do great things together through their task management platform.

Location: Remote – US
What will you do?
  • Adhering to coverage schedule and taking up to 3 chats at a time
  • Asking good discovery questions to uncover use-case information and potential sales opportunities
  • Assisting customers with general Asana questions and support issues
  • Creating opportunities in Salesforce and passing to internal Asana sales representatives

Skills & Qualifications:
  • General sales experience
  • Previous web chat experience preferred in a work-related environment
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence
  • Prior experience responding to customer’s requests for sales and service ensuring delivery of an exceptional customer experience by responding in a prompt professional and friendly manner at all times
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
