Sales Specialist
Taking inbound phone calls from our customers and inputting their orders into the order entry system. Must strive for accuracy, speed, excellent customer service and offer additional items to help drive sales. One week of training prior to working with customers.
Taking inbound phone calls from our customers and inputting their orders into the order entry system. Must strive for accuracy, speed, excellent customer service and offer additional items to help drive sales. One week of training prior to working with customers.
Sales & Service Specialist Processing Order Entry calls, taking Internet Helpline calls, and Inbound Customer Service calls. Internet Helpline calls are to assist our customers navigate the Harry and David website to be able to successfully complete their order online. Inbound Customer Service calls are to assist our customers with a variety of issues with the goal of retaining the order and their loyalty.
E-Support Specialist
The E-Support Specialist serves customers by providing sales, product and service information via chat, social media, email contacts, incoming and outgoing phone calls or inbound phone calls. Their primary responsibility is to take the necessary steps to release orders and solve customer issues by researching issues, doing replacements, and contacting customers by phone or email as required. Will take inbound calls when call volumes dictate. Customer Service skills as above are required as well as the ability to multi-task and comfortably navigate a variety of computer programs. Three weeks of training prior to working with customers.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment prefered.

- Applicant must successfully pass classroom training and meet all performance expectations.
- Exceptional sales ability; must be able to enthusiastically motivate customers to purchase products and/or services.
- Knowledge of computer based-systems, Internet and Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
- Good verbal and written skills required.
