Billing Representative Jobs (Work From Home) | 100% Fully Remote

• High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR 1+ years of equivalent working experience
• 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
• Revenue Cycle Medical Billing / Collections related experience
• Experience working with ambulatory physician coding and billing
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and application of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers
• Intermediate Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applications
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) on any 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the site 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Allscripts, NexGen, or Epic or other common practice software systems.
• Experience in Waystar Clearinghouse.

Telecommuting Requirements

• Reside within Irving, Texas
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
