WHO IS A TRAVEL PLANNER WITH BLATTNER?

• You will FIELD travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels, and parking) per travel request forms submitted by FIELD Managers, supervisors and office personnel.
• You’ll also advise and coordinate travel arrangements for significant others at times & other necessary guests.
• Included in this planning role you will advise and coordinates travel arrangements for the annual corporate event.

If you love to participate and collaborate with leadership in travel supplier meetings and reviews you will love this role!If you have 1-3 years of previous Travel planning experience, and can work remotely or in our Avon, MN office we’d love to talk to you.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Strong knowledge of travel software. Concur Travel Booking System a plus.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to multi-task travel arrangements simultaneously.
• Must have excellent customer services skills and maintains a high level of professionalism with both corporate and field employees
