The Bath and Body Works Stores Recruiter is often the first contact a candidate meets. That means you are a brand ambassador and are responsible for ensuring that potential new Store Managers and District Managers match our fun, creative, and consistently dynamic stores environment. Our mission is to make the world a brighter, happier place as we identify new field managers that support that experience for our associates and customers. The Stores Recruiter collaborates with District Managers, Regional Directors, and Human Resources partners to clearly understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies. You will also identify, engage, and assess top talent to join Bath & Body Works store or district teams. We value quickly building strong relationships with external and internal contacts.

We want you to:

  • Facilitate kick-off meetings and identify creative sourcing strategies
  • Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process
  • Leverage your external networks and social media platforms as part of innovative sourcing strategies
  • Develop inclusive candidate slates to present to hiring managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates
  • Work as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers and human resources partners

– Implement an efficient and cost- effective staffing model with an appropriate mix of internal and external talent

  • Achieve results based on targeted metrics that incorporate candidate and customer satisfaction


  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in organizations of size that are recognized for “best practices” in recruitment
  • Strong curiosity to continually learn and understand store operations and our customer engagement culture
  • Demonstrated passion and drive that leads to success
  • Ability to be a highly effective relationship builder while consistently delivering results
  • Bachelor’s degree
