Description
In this role you will;
Support the Annual Strategic Planning process and track continued progress of key focus areas
Collaborate with leadership team members to prioritize and enable business strategies by stitching across and being deeply connected to the business fundamentals
Help to create and drive best in class People Programs including development, training and change management to implement ongoing improvement initiatives
Proactively develop relationships across the organization, across Retail Online functions and partner groups in pursuit of advancing the business
Support end-to-end planning for Quarterly Communications Meetings, and support for other key communication forums
Drive creation of quarterly and EOY “in review” communications
Provide support for special projects including creation of Rewards and Recognition plan
Embody the Retail Online Cultural Attributes and thread them through the communications, development and training
Help drive Employee Satisfaction plan across functions

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred
5-7+ years of relevant experience in Business Planning, Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Consulting roles preferred
