The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) will work closely with Program Managers and Technical Architects on the Certification team to review and vet incoming applications from potential Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Required Skill

• 1+ years of experience recruiting or reviewing qualifications for technical roles
• Experience with MS Word and Excel

Preferred Skill

• Experience managing data in a UI (example: using searches and filters and updating metadata)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
• Bachelor’s degree
