General Responsibilities

• Must be ready to hustle! Moving swiftly from door to door is required.
• Must be able to routinely deliver 300+ packages per day in under 10 hours
• Must ensure safety and quality standards on and off the road
• At the end of the day, you are responsible that the van is filled with gas and in good operating condition at all times (fuel cards provided)
• Willing to support other team members in need of help
• Basic understanding of technology, such as a smartphone to deliver packages
• Interact positively and professionally with Amazon customers and the general public
• Able to drive a delivery van up to 10,000 pounds to residences and businesses. Consistently climb in and out of vans, and walks up and downstairs in all weather conditions

Work Environment

• Flexibility is essential as routes may vary and may be delayed due to traffic from on-road congestion, construction, snow, or other variables
• Set core schedule, but there may be adjustments including, additional hours and potential schedule changes depending on the time of the year and peak seasons and other factors
• All delivery drivers will work a 10-hour shift workday. Full-time shifts are 4- 5 days per week and part-time shifts are up to 3 -4 days per week. Both shift times and schedule days vary.

• Salary: $17.50 hour
• Flexible Scheduling: Full-time shifts are 4-5 days per week and part-time shifts are up to 2-3 days per week. New hires must work weekends.

Basic Qualification and Job Requirements:

• Must work weekends
• 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• 4-panel drug test (Marijuana not tested for)
• A motor vehicle record check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to move fast 10 hours a day
