ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER RETENTION
Blue by ADT is seeking to fill openings in the Customer Retention Department for Account Specialists.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle inbound customer cancellation/retention calls.
· Proactively take ownership of any customer issues and help to resolve concerns.
· Make appropriate offers to retain customers, based on the driving reason(s) for cancellation.
· Assist customers with processing product and system upgrades.
· Be willing to provide basic product and troubleshooting assistance to help resolve customer concerns.
· Execute and follow through on commitments made to customer.
· Process basic data changes and updates to customer accounts accurately and thoroughly.
· Meet performance goals to reduce churn and increase customer experience.
· Follow processes and procedures.
· Be respectful to everyone.
· Be dependable and punctual.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
